Machinery Repair and Rebuild
F.P. Miller Co. repairs and rebuilds all types of machines (including on-site repairs). We have specialists in
engineering, hydraulics, electrics, pneumatics, machining, and welding. We can handle all rigging, trucking,
cleaing, and painting of machinery. We also retrofit and upgrade CNC Machines.
Our shop facility is capable of handling all types of machine tools from small tool room machines
to large metal working machine tools. Presses are easily handled with three overhead cranes
ranging from 5 to 20 ton capacity.
Our rebuild staff has over 50 years of experience rebuilding a wide variety of machine tools. We are fully
proficient in the art of scraping ways and fitting precision machine tool slides. We are also capable of
building and troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Our electrical control shop has the capability
of handling projects from minor cleaning and repair to complete redesign and retrofitting of CNC control
systems. We have implemented a schedule of continuaus training for our staff in hydraulics, pnuematics,
electronics, scraping, and precision bearing services in order to keep up with today's everchanging technology.
