Completed including but not limited to: Base, saddle,keeper,head, column, cup and table ways machined and precision scraped. Motors rebuilt including new spindle bearings,Windings Cleaned and Re-Baked on spindle. All new table drive gear box components, saddle drive (Hydraulic) and upper gear boxes repaired including bearings and seals. Rewired push button electrical control station and added table jog control. Rewired Electrical Control Panel, Disassemble and Clean Components. Install soft Start. Installed automatic lube system to head,column and saddle ways. Rebuild existing or manufacture new water guards and fit to machine. Install New Magnetic Chuck Controls. Price does not include Rewinding Main Drive, Re-Surfacing Magnetic Chuck, Rebuilding Magnetic Chuck (Would be Quoted Seperately). Clean and Prepare Surfaces for Paint, One Color.
