Completed including but not limited to: Base, saddle, keeper, head, column, cup and table ways machined and precision scraped. Motors repaired or rebuilt including new spindle bearings. Windings Cleaned and Re-Baked on spindle. Table drive, saddle drive and upper gear boxes repaired including bearings and seals. Rack and pinion replaced. Rewired push button electrical control station and added table jog control. Clean and inspect Electrical Control Panel and replace wire as needed. Installed automatic lube system to head and saddle ways. Rebuild existing or manufacturer new water guards and fit to machine.Clean and Prepare Surfaces for Paint, One Color. Price does not include New Chuck Controls, Resurfaced Chuck, Rewound Chuck or Main Spindle (May be quoted separately upon request)
